How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3-5 days unless otherwise noted and normal delivery time is about 7-12 days. Rush shipment is available, please call or email for pricing. The bronze memorials, garden benches and color tile memorials all take longer to receive.
Do you offer proofs?
Proofs are available for most products. You can request a proof in the special instructions or notes field when placing an order online. Black granite proofs are to confirm photo placement, spelling, dates and accuracy only. The actual finished product may vary slightly from the proof as every piece of black granite can vary slightly in color and core makeup.
Do you use real river rocks, granite, etc..?
Yes, the River Rocks, Granite, PA Bluestone, Flagstone and Marble are all natural. The River Rocks are created by “Mother Nature” and are handpicked from the Colorado River. They all have natural flaws and imperfections. No two are exactly alike.
Are the memorials actually engraved?
Yes, they are actually engraved. The River Rocks, PA Bluestone, Flagstone and Marble are all sandblasted then color filled with paint. We laser engrave the Granite memorials.
What if my order gets damaged?
All orders are insured so you have nothing to worry about. If something is damaged it will be replaced free of charge. We must be notified within 5 days of any damage via email or phone.
How do I send a picture for orders requiring one?
We have two methods for sending us the picture if you are unable to upload one:
You must first place your order. Once you place your order online you will receive an order number.
1. You can email your digitized picture in jpeg, gif, tiff, bmp or wmf formats (send to firstname.lastname@example.org). Please reference your order # when you email us the picture.
2. You can mail the picture to us at:

Of course the original will be returned with your completed memorial.
How can I place my order?
You can place your order on our website, by phone (1-800-873-7387 or 484-322-5149) or by mailing your order with a check or money order. If you order online you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Since we use natural River Rocks, they all have natural flaws and imperfections. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund or return based on the shape, color or natural flaws and imperfections within the River Rock itself. We can not guarantee a newly ordered River Rock will be similar to a previous order. The River Rocks will vary in thickness, length and height.
The Granite, PA Bluestone, Flagstone and Marble also have natural flaws and imperfections along with slight color variations throughout them. We can not offer a refund based on this.
Cremation Jewelry/Keepsakes – 4everinmyheart.com does not accept returns on Personalized Jewelry. 4everinmyheart.com reserves the right to replace or repair personalized items that have been shipped incorrectly or shipped with defects, however the item cannot be returned for a refund once it is engraved. The product must be in resalable condition.

Yes, we ship to Canada. You can email or call us with the item(s) you would like to order so we can give you an idea of the shipping costs. We generally ship orders to Canada through the US Post Office. If you order online without contacting us first, we will contact you with the shipping charges after you place your order.
