Once you place your order you will receive an order #.

1. You can email your digitized picture in jpeg, gif, tiff, bmp or wmf formats (email to info@4everinmyheart.com). Please  reference your order # when you email us the picture.

2. You can mail it to us at:

Of course the original will be returned with your completed memorial.
